Help & feedback

Ask Oomūli Support for help, report a problem or suggest an improvement, then follow the replies in one place.

Reviewed:

Choose the right request

  1. Open More on a phone or Tools & settings on a computer. Select Help & feedback, then New request. Use this for help with Oomūli; ask your manager about workplace policies or your assigned work.
  2. Under What would you like to do?, choose Get help for a question, Report a problem when something does not work as expected, or Suggest an improvement for an idea.
  3. If a request type is unavailable because of your permissions, choose Get help to contact Support.

Only you and Oomūli Support can read your requests and attachments. Your establishment administrators and teammates cannot read them.

Describe the issue and send it

  1. Enter a specific Title and Description. For example, “My schedule does not show next Friday” is more useful than “It is broken.” Explain what you tried and what happened.
  2. For a problem, open More detail (optional) to add Steps to reproduce, Expected behavior and Impact. For an improvement, explain How would this help? if useful.
  3. If you choose Include reviewed diagnostic context, read the displayed information before sending. It contains basic app and device details to help troubleshoot.
  4. Optionally attach one PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. Review its contents and name. Do not include passwords, sign-in links, private chats or customer records.
  5. Select Send request and wait for Request sent to Oomūli Support. Your request appears in Your requests with a number and status.

Read replies and follow the status

  1. Open Help & feedback → Your requests. Use Request type to filter, or All requests to see all types. Select Load more requests if the one you need is older.
  2. Open the request to read Original request, Conversation, Attachments and Status history. Select Refresh to check for updates.
  3. Waiting on you means Support needs your response. Write in Reply to Oomūli Support, optionally add an attachment and select Send reply. Wait for Reply sent.
  4. Read the status and any explanation. Planned means an improvement is planned, not released. A Closed request no longer offers replies; start a new request and mention its number if you need more help.

Download, print or save a PDF

  1. Open the individual request. The report includes that request and the conversation visible to you, not other customers’ requests or Support’s private notes.
  2. Select Export / Print. Read Scope to check what is included, then review the record count and preview.
  3. Select Export CSV to download a file you can open in a spreadsheet app.
  4. Or select Print / Save as PDF. Choose a printer or Save as PDF in your browser’s print window, if your device offers it, and finish printing or saving.

The preview shows up to 50 records. Follow the stated scope for the full download or printout. Attachments are listed by name; download the files separately. Saved copies do not update when records change in Oomūli.

If your request or reply is missing

  1. Choose All requests, select Refresh and load older requests. Check the selected establishment and the account you used to submit it.
  2. If the request changed while you were replying, keep your unsent text, refresh the conversation and review it before sending again. After an uncertain send, check for your message before submitting a duplicate.
